It is not a homecare serum. It is intended for treatment-room protocols planned and carried out by a trained practitioner, and used as the manufacturer directs.

The choice between HB and SB is made at consultation: HB where the main concern is hydration and texture, SB where the complexion looks dull and uneven in tone.

Assess the skin, take a history that covers allergies, active skin conditions, medication and recent procedures, and agree realistic aims with the client before the first session. Follow the manufacturer's leaflet and your training for how the product is used, keep hygiene strict between clients, and note each session in the client record.
