   What we collect

   When you send an enquiry, request a sample, ask for a quote or book a meeting, we collect what you type into that form: your name, clinic or brand name, email address, phone number, city, the products you are interested in and any message you add.

   We also collect anonymous usage statistics — pages viewed, approximate city, device type and how you arrived — through Google Analytics, and only when analytics is switched on for this site.

   Why we collect it

   To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange samples and keep a record of what we agreed. To improve this website and understand which of our services people are looking for.

   We do not use your details for automated decision-making, and we do not build advertising profiles from them.

   How long we keep it

   Enquiry records are kept for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own retention settings.

   Who we share it with

   Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it internally with the formulation, printing and accounts colleagues who need it to answer you, and with Dermis & Dosis Print when your enquiry involves printed packaging.

   We may disclose information where the law requires it.

   Confidentiality of your brief

   Formulas, briefs, artwork and commercial terms you share with us are treated as confidential. If you would like this in writing before sending anything sensitive, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement and we will sign one.

   Cookies

   This site sets a session cookie so that forms can protect themselves against cross-site request forgery. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics sets its own cookies. No advertising or retargeting cookies are used.

   Your choices

   You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@dermisdosis.com and we will action the request.
