How long does it take to launch a brand?
It depends on whether you start from a catalogue formula or develop a new one, and on how quickly samples and artwork are approved. We give you dated stages at the consultation and confirm them in writing with your quote, rather than quoting a timeline we cannot hold.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We prepare samples of each product for you to see, feel and test, and revisions are included until you approve. Custom samples are covered by the development fee. Ask us for the current turnaround and sample cost when you send your product list.
Can I customise an existing formula?
Yes. Fragrance, colour, texture, size and minor active adjustments are available at no development fee.
What is the difference between private label, white label and custom formulation?
White label is the same product sold to many brands unchanged. Private label lets you adjust fragrance, texture, size and packaging. Custom formulation creates a new product to your brief that belongs to your brand alone.
