About the LED Moon Light

The LED Moon Light is a half-moon beauty lamp for treatment rooms, salons and studios. Its wide, curved LED head wraps bright light around the work area, so the face, brows or lash line are lit evenly from more than one angle. That reduces the hard shadows a single-point lamp throws, which is what precision work such as brow strokes, lash mapping and close skin work needs.

It is a work light, not a treatment device. It does not deliver LED therapy to the skin; its job is visibility, so the practitioner can see texture, pigment placement and fine detail clearly and keep a comfortable posture instead of leaning in to find the light. Even lighting also helps when checking symmetry in brow work and when looking closely at the skin before a facial.

The natural home for this lamp is anywhere fine work happens close to the face: PMU and microblading studios, lash bars, tattoo studios, facial rooms and skin clinics, where it simply sits beside the equipment already in use. In the treatment room

Position the lamp so its curve frames the client's face, bringing light around the work area rather than straight down onto it. In a PMU studio it earns its place during mapping and stroke work, when the shadow of the artist's own hand can hide a line; in a lash room it helps with isolation; in a facial room it gives a clear view of the skin during assessment. The lamp head sits close to the client's face, so wipe it with a suitable disinfectant between clients, avoid pointing it straight into anyone's eyes, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for setup and care.
